Is the comfort worth it?

Honestly, they feel great, and only took a few hours to break in..

Do they hold up well?

Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and I’m impressed with the durability. The laces are intact, and the leather hasn’t stretched. Because they already look worn, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.

Do they feel better than other shoes?

They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds just over an inch — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re handmade in small batches, so each pair is unique. And the sparkle on mine? Absolutely gorgeous.

Would you buy again?

Totally! Just try not to pay full price. They cost a lot, so getting them with a promo is smarter. Still, I think they’re worth a few hundred bucks, especially if you pick something you’ll wear a lot. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also look great.
