Idea
Vivienne Westwood’s legacy is rooted in rebellion, activism, and rewriting cultural codes. For this project, we designed a full brand exhibition that reintroduces her punk origins, political voice, and iconic silhouettes to modern consumers. Through immersive rooms, interactive installations, and curated artifacts, the exhibition transforms Westwood’s history into a living, sensory narrative.
Insight / Consumer Problem
Today’s luxury consumers are experience-driven, culturally aware, and emotionally motivated. They don’t just want to see a brand, they want to feel it. Westwood’s story carries rebellion, activism, sustainability, and femininity, but young audiences rarely experience these themes beyond retail stores and runways.
Solution
To bridge this gap, we reimagined Westwood’s world as a multiroom exhibition that draws consumers into her mind, her activism, and her design evolution. Each room centered on a thematic chapter — Punk Chaos, Climate Activism, Corset Revolution, and Future Couture brought to life through immersive visuals, interactive displays, archival references, and narrative storytelling. The exhibition positions Westwood not only as a designer but as a cultural force whose ideas continue to challenge the world today.
Experience Features
The box was designed to resemble an Olympic medal case as promotional material. Instead of a medal, it held Maksym’s military badge, a symbol of his lost Olympic dream and his ultimate sacrifice.
Collection Wall
A dynamic digital wall displaying Westwood’s collective imagery, activism posters, and past collections.
360° Virtual Corset Try-On
A mixed-reality installation allowing users to try Westwood’s corsets virtually.
Impact
The exhibition reframed Vivienne Westwood’s legacy for younger consumers, transforming her history into an emotional, interactive brand experience. By blending fashion, activism, and storytelling, it deepened brand affinity and highlighted Westwood’s cultural relevance in a contemporary luxury landscape.
